Cake Pops

These delicious little things are called Cake Pops. They are little balls of cake, 

dipped in melted chocolate and covered in sprinkles. 

They are, without a doubt, the most more-ish things I have ever eaten and are so easy to make! 

Great for kids parties too!

First attempt at a larger cake!

This was a trial run at icing a large victoria sponge cake, filled with jam and buttercream. The sugar flowers looked so pretty!

Pretty Floral Cake

This pretty floral cake is for a special birthday celebration this weekend. It is only my second try at making a larger iced cake so I was pretty impressed! It is made with Madeira cake, white icing and sugar flowers, each of which are individually hand crafted with love and care. It's so pretty it will be a shame to cut it!



90th Birthday Cupcakes

I made these cupcakes for my best friends' Nan's 90th birthday party. I made rich chocolate cupcakes with chocolate fudge icing, and decorated them with my hand crafted sugar flowers,
I also made a batch of Vanilla cupcakes, and decorated them with vanilla buttercream and my handcrafted sugar flowers, hearts and butterflies. Everyone at the party loved them, especially the party girl! She took the leftovers home! x

Vanilla Cupcakes

I made these cupcakes for my Boss' birthday and took them into work for him.  They didn't last very long!  Vanilla cupcakes with milk chocolate chips, And vanilla butter cream topped with black handcrafted sugar flowers, silver dragees and edible glitter! (The best bit about the edible glitter was watching the guys walking around after eating my cupcakes with glitter all over their faces! Hehe!)

Birthday Party Cupcakes

I made these very pretty chocolate and vanilla cupcakes for a friend's Daughter's 12th Birthday and decorated them with hand crafted sugar fowers and sugar sprinkles. They were scoffed by all the children in a flash!
