Pretty in Pink

The weather has been miserable and wet today so I decided to stay in and do some baking.  Well why not?

I came up with these pretty cupcakes which I decorated with buttercream and little purple sugar stars.

Walnut and Sultana Cupcakes

I decided to do something a little different with these cakes and experimented with some different ingredients; walnut and sultana.
I wanted to try out the new star punches my Sister bought me for my birthday and came up with these.  Pretty good if I do say so myself!



Sweetie Cakes

I made these dolly mixture cakes for my Neice and Nephew when they were visiting (any excuse to bake!).  They loved them!





Ice Cream Cupcakes

These are one of my favourites... Ice Cream Cupcakes, made just to look like a little bowl of ice cream, complete with Cadbury's Flake!
